Eric Termuende is from a small town in Canada and is changing the way we talk about work and how we view success. Co-founding Gen Y Inc. (now DRYVER Group) in 2014 with Emerson Csorba, Eric built a tool that quantifies culture. The tool helps organizations understand what it is their employees love about their job in order to attract talent based on fit as opposed to just brand or salary. As a by-product of the strengths, opportunities are often identified to make tweaks. With the help of his robust network of companies that can deliver proven results based on analyses, the workplace can be changed for the better.
In the past two years Eric has spoken at over 60 events and to thousands of people about the future of work. His presentations have taken him all over North America and into Europe influencing students, parents, employers, and employees alike. By respectfully challenging ideas of culture and success, Eric empowers people to see life through a new, more positive and optimistic lens to not only improve life at work, but life as a whole.
